The Apps Creator ("TAC™") is committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology that gives you the safest and most powerful online experience. This Privacy Statement applies to SpotNS50™ and governs data collection and usage. By using SpotNS50™, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

  3. Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information and/or personally sensitive data through the SpotNS50™ public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others. Note: TAC™ does not read any of your private online communications.

TAC™ is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on Websites outside of SpotNS50™ and SpotNS50™ applications and/or sites.

  1. TAC™ collects and uses your personal information to operate SpotNS50™ and deliver the services you have requested. TAC™ also uses your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from TAC™ and its affiliates. TAC™ may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of the current system and services and/or of potential new services that may be offered.
  2. TAC™ does not sell, rent and/or lease its customer lists to third parties. TAC™ may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you.   4. TAC™ may keep track of the sites and pages our customers visit within SpotNS50™, in order to determine what SpotNS50™ functions and services are the most popular.
